The EU says: No agediscrimination!
To find out, if Germany complies, the Office against
Age-Discrimination conducted the first National Complaint
day in November 2001. The results were remarkable!
Respondents
complained about discrimination in the fields of:
1. Labour: 31 %
2. Image: 19 %
3. Medical Treatments: 11 %
4. Public Image: 10 %
5. Banking: 9 %
6. Nursing Care: 8 %
7. Insurances: 5 %
8. Higher Education: 3 %
9. Volunteer work: 2 %
10. Living: 2 %
Age is a biological factor. Nobody can influence
it.
That’s reason why we need protection from agediscrimination!
